Hello all! November, already?! I”m in shock about how quickly this year is going. It’ll be 2020 before we know it.
Today I’m sharing the card I made for A Blog Named Hero’s October challenge. This month the theme is Nature. This worked out pretty easily, as I have so many nature themed Hero Arts sets. I ended up using an old favorite.

This is a pretty simple card. I started out with the new Taylored Expressions Masking Squares, I blended Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide inks. The flower image is from My Monthly Hero July 2017 kit, which I colored ages ago with Copic markers. I add the flowers to the blended square with foam tape.

The sentiment is from Hero Art’s Blooms, stamped in Altenew’s Jet Black ink. I added the panel to a MFT Blueberry card base. Sorry about the dark pictures, it was a cloudy weekend.
Like I said, pretty quick and simple. I need a break from intricate cards, after all the Christmas cards.
The new masking squares and circles from Taylored Expressions are amazing. Expect to see more from them!
Thanks for stopping by!
