Thanks! A Blog Named Hero’s November Challenge

Welcome back! I am about 12 hours late, but I better late then never! I have quick post for you sharing the card I made for A Blog Named Hero’s November challenge.

The challenge this month is Grateful.

Here is the card I made.

I started out by stamping the large background stamp from the November My Monthly Hero kit onto Gina K Design’s In The Navy cardstock with Versamark ink and heat embossing with Silver Hero Arts embossing powder. Then I trimmed the panel down to make a cute present. Then I trimmed down some silver foil cardstock to make the ribbon strips.

I die cut the bow for the top of the present with a die from Concord and 9th’s Celebrations set. All of the foil cardstock pieces were added with Scor-Tape.

The sentiment is from Hero Art’s Blooms kit, and was stamped with Versamark ink and embossed with more silver powder. I added some Platinum Studio Katia gems to finish off the card. The card base is more In The Navy cardstock.

Look at that, I finally made a Christmas themed thank you card!

Check back in on Friday, I’m finally sharing my desk calendars!

Thanks for stopping by!
