Happy Friday! I thought I would celebrate the weekend by sharing Concord and 9th’s February release with you. Yes, I did purchase the February release bundle this month! It was way too tempting!
I love those pool colored envelopes!
Here is the whole bundle. The only thing not included in the bundle, but “released,” in February was the Love and Hugs stamp set, which was January’s Free with 60$ purchase set. I happened to get it in January, and made a card that I will share below.
Let’s take a closer look at each bundle.
This is the Birthday Stacks bundle. It’s so hard to describe what this set can do, but I will try. Do you see the lines that stick out on the ends of the dies? Those lines have notches that you use to fold tabs in to create keepsake boxes. I highly recommend checking out the video on Concord and 9th’s website. I plan on using this set for cards this weekend, and will be sure to write a post.
I was super excited about this set when I first saw it. Wonderful Florals is a large floral image with the word Wonderful. It has supporting images you can add to the image, or stamp separately, cut out with the matching die and use it to add dimension. I also like that the word Wonderful has a separate die.
The Mosaic Turnabout is 2 turnabout stamps in one. You can take the center out and stamp it by itself, or stamp it with the outer piece. I like the different options.
This cute set is the Everyday Bundle. I’ve been looking for some bigger sentiments, and I like the ones included in this set. They are traditional, but a couple of cute ones as well. I also like the versatility of the dies.
With all the cover plate dies I’ve found in my possession recently, plus the turnabout stamps, I needed some good sentiment dies. This set has some friendly sentiments and I like the tiny heart dies as well.
The Everyday Tintables cards are a new product from C&9th. The yellow part is resistant to inks and watercolors, so you can blend ink or paint over them, and the resist part will stand out. They have the “Just a little note,” card as well as patterns.
And bonus, the Hooray die is the free gift with purchase of $60 or more for February! Yeah for needing more sentiment dies.
As I mentioned, I don’t have any cards to share with these items, but do have a card I made with the Love and Hugs set.
I used the Hero Arts Nesting dies to cut out a heart from MFT’s Wild Cherry cardstock, and also to dry emboss a heart on the white panel. Fun foam popping up the red heart. The large Love & Hugs was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed in white. I stamped the little hearts from the set in Altenew’s Ruby Red, brushed them with Wink of Stella, and covered them with Glossy Accents. The card base is also Wild Cherry.
Thanks for stopping by, and sticking around through my shopping spree! I plan to use some of these products this weekend (I’m even taking off Friday to have some extra time). I’ll be sure to share the results with you.
