Where Creativity Meets C9 Challenge

It’s Friyay! Welcome back. Today I’m trying out a new card challenge, Where Creativity Meets C9!

Where Creativity Meets C9 host a challenge every month. This month challenge #16 is Anything Goes!

I decided to use some of the products I had just received from their new, December release. The Stuck on You set is so cute!

Here is my card:

I stamped the two pots and cacti with Versafine Black Onyx ink, and heat embossed them in clear powder. I did this so that I could water color the images, with my Distress Markers. I used Forest Moss for the cactus on the left, with Peacock Feathers for the pot. Mowed Lawn was used on the right, with Shaded Lilac and Seedless Preserves on the pot. Picked Raspberry makes an appearance on the flower.

The sentiment was also stamped in Versafine ink, and embossed with Wow’s Hologram powder. Check out the rainbow effect you get from the powder!

The card base is Blue Raspberry from Gina K, and I used fun foam to add dimension.

I had a lot of fun with this new set. It has some really large succulent images as well as the smaller ones, and some fun sentiments!

I can’t wait to play with this set some more, along with the Polka-Dot Turnabout I grabbed. I’m going to write a new post about Concord and 9th’s Turnabout stamps, now that I have picked up some more.

Thanks for stopping by, and hanging out with this new challenge!
